Clear Language and Design (CLAD)

 
Clear Language and Design (CLAD) is a consulting service that raises public awareness about the impact of inaccessible language.

Clear or “plain” language means that the intended audience gets the message easily, and acts upon it appropriately. It ensures better access to information for people with lower literacy and saves time and money for everyone.

CLAD provides editorial services, document assessment, and training.

All revenue generated through CLAD helps support the education and community development programs of The Centre of Learning & Development.
