  • Leadership Training for Immigrant Women to increase your sense of belonging, civic engagement, personal wellbeing and employability.
  • Digital Storytelling to help program participants and Toronto communities share stories that heal trauma, build confidence and grow self-awareness that can trigger positive community change and a greater sense of belonging.
  • Youth Empowering Parents equips newcomer youth to teach their parents and other newcomer adults English, basic math and computer skills.

Strong communities need strong residents. The TD Centre of Learning in Regent Park is a place to meet, to learn, and to start building new futures together. The educational opportunities we offer at the Centre provide Regent Park residents with the knowledge and skills needed for personal growth, civic engagement and community building.

Clear Language and Design: Social Enterprise for Community Development

Clear Language and Design (CLAD) is an integrated fee-for-service program geared toward raising public awareness around the impact of inaccessible language on the population in general, but more specifically on non-native English speakers and people with low literacy skills.
